Opening this month, former Pan-Asian pop-up, The Freak Scene, opens for the first time as a permanent restaurant in Parson’s Green. Founded by Ex-Nobu Chef Scott Hallsworth, the Freak Scene is backed by comedian and host of The Last Leg, Adam Hills, who has been a supporter of Hallsworth since his earlier popups. Fans of The Freak Scene, and Hallsworth’s other acclaimed pop-up, Kurobuta, will be delighted to visit its first permanent bricks and mortar site, with its more comprehensive menu – featuring his own take on sushi, sashimi and seasonal fish dishes – and space for 46 diners.
