We were big fans of Scott Hallsworth’s Freak Scene restaurant pop-ups first and second time around. Now, the Ex-Nobu Chef has teamed up with Australian comedian and TV presenter Adam Hills to open a new permanent home for Freak Scene in Parsons Green on 22 March. The menu will include 15 of Scott’s classic pan-Asian concoctions like Singapore Chili Crab Wonton Bombs and Adam’s favourite, Magical Cabbage with dried miso truffle and ponzu, as well as sushi and sashimi and fish dishes based on the catch of the day.
