Acclaimed London-based chef Scott Hallsworth will return to his
home town of Collie for two special dining experiences in support of
this year’s Telethon.
The 48-year-old, famed for his Japanese-inspired restaurants and stintas head chef at Nobu London, will cook for 450 lucky diners acrosstwo Feast at the Quarry events in Wellington National Park.
On October 14, Hallsworth will prepare a four-course, fi ne-dining spectacular for 200 guests at the Quarry Amphitheatre, before hostinga cocktail-style lunch for 250 people at the same venue the followingday.
